Men's Wellbeing with the Phoenix Cups
A course discussing the mental health challenges faced by men in support of Men's Mental Health Week.
International Men's Mental Health Week runs from June 12-18th and aims at promoting an understanding of the struggles and challenges that specifically affect men.
According to Beyond Blue, on average one in eight men will experience depression and one in five men will experience anxiety at some stage in their life. In fact, men make up an average of 7 out of every 9 suicides in Australia every day. (https://www.beyondblue.org.au/who-does-it-affect/men)
This course will cover:
How to check in with yourself and others
Types of unhelpful thinking and what you can do about it
How to create a Phoenix Cups Wellbeing Plan- Cup Filling Plan

You will have 4 weeks to complete this course and retrieve your certificate.
